Cleanest Power Steering Pump Drainage and Replacement?

I'm replacing my power steering pump before I install my new radiator.

After removing as much power steering fluid as possible from the reservoir, what are the best ways to drain and catch the remaining fluid?

I'm thinking of placing a five gallon bucket underneath the hose that's above and in front of the crossmember.

Thoughts?
