Clean 82 FJ45 Flat Deck

I have a FJ 45 flat deck cruiser in stock condition, minus rims. It has only 83,700 miles. She purrs like kitten. Starts with no problem and runs very smoothly. Everything is very tight on this vehicle, steering and shifting. Two small rust bubbles on bottom of left door and one small rust bubble on left front fender at bracket. Still has metal roof. Seats could use some tlc. This is a right hand drive from New Zealand with a North Carolina title. Price $11,900 OBO

I have a 82 FJ40, 80 BJ40, and 82 FJ45, need to thin down to one.

Fair Price?

So, what would be a fair price for this FJ45 cruiser? I know it is not a troopy. She is a very clean vehicle. I have three cruisers now and need to thin the ranks for some other projects coming up this winter. I think I will keep the BJ because I'm upside down due to repairs (head and radiator).
