Unfortunately my job has had me tied up these past few months on Tuesday evenings. I wont be able to make this month either. I apologize for not being around recently but hopefully I will be back in the groove soon.

A few notes from tonight...
Attendees: Kyle, Todd, Andrew, Doug, Eric, Daryl
Trail Runs: discussed Eagle Rock clean up from last weekend. Sounds like a good turn out. Lots of trash removed. People are now shooting up trees until they are down. Todd went to the Chasing the Cumbres put on by Rising Sun. Sounds like a cool trip chasing the train for 3 days. 40s only was discussed as was the San Juan Weekend.
Old Business: nothing really...
New Business: discussed upcoming events. Rampart trail run in November. Discussed the Christmas Party. We looked at dates and thought December 13 at Rudy's would be the time to do it. Its a week earlier than our normal meeting, but that is the 20th, the week of Christmas basically and didn't know about travel, etc for that week. Christmas Tree runs will be Dec 3-4 and 10-11. Doug discussed "adopting" a family for Christmas and providing, gifts, food, tree. He is starting a separate thread on this. We also discussed partnering up with Rising Sun more often. Both the Cumbres and 40s only were fun and it was great to run with their guys. Maybe next year for trail planning we should look at their calendar too, see if there is anything we'd like to attend as well that they put on.
Budget...probably pretty close to what was in there last time!
Feel free to add anything if I missed it...

Sounds like a nice relaxed meeting. Thanks you guys I hope I'll be there next month
