Class IV receiver for 2003 Land Cruiser 100

(Sorry, I also posted this in the Towing forum - but perhaps I should have used this one...)

In Europe the larger Land Cruisers have all been rated to 3,500 kg (7,700 lbs) towing capacity, whereas in the US they have been rated lower.

I am trying to find a US Class IV receiver (8,000-10,000 lbs rating) I can fit to a 2003 Land Cruiser (model 100) which I am going to use together with an Equal-i-zer weight distribution hitch.

So far I have been unsuccessful. Do you know if there is such a thing as a Class IV receiver which will fit a 2003 Land Cruiser, or one that can be modified easily?
