Clarence:
We congratulate you on your new position in Barbados and hope it fulfills your goals and ambitions. At the same time, we are sorry to lose you from our group. :frown: In the short time you have been with us, you have brought energy, enthusiastic participation and commitment to our organization and we will miss you. We wish you the very best of luck this coming year, and who knows, maybe some of us will come to Barbados for a visit, although we won't be able to bring our Land Cruisers along!

Thanks guys. I actually surprized myself by accepting the job. When I came back to Vancouver in Jan, I never intended to leave. This city is my paradise and I was moving home for good. This opportunity is one I can't pass up. I will be working for the guys I want to work for, doing the work I want to do, with the company that I want to work for... and it's in Barbados. The salary bump doesn't hurt either.

I start with the new company on Jun 12 but don't actually leave for Barbados until Sept. The contract is for two years so I'll be back in the CC fold soon enough.

More details to follow...

When Clarence arrived here in Vancouver, I emailed Wayne Smith (Luxury Imports) and said Calgary's loss is our gain.

Congrats Clarence on your new posting. Our loss, of course.

Have you checked out the regs on importation of JDM TLCs to Barabdos? :)

See you on a least one run before you leave.
