There's no excuse for being a douchebag about answering questions. Selling a vehicle is a pain in the ass and time consuming, plain and simple. It's not a kitchen table or bicycle, buyers want to know what kind of condition the thing is to avoid getting a lemon or POS. You list your vehicle on CL or any other public place asking for people to contact you do you expect them to just start making offers over the phone without getting some info on the car? You want that type of deal, ebay it. IMO you're looking for trouble buying a car with only 4 pictures and information given that's filtered from the seller with out some basic questions answered.
Well, I agree and disagree.Maybe this seller is a douchebag. But, he is not the one who put up his sale on the mud.. He put it on Craigslist, which is meant to be focused on local sale.. Or, at least that is how I use craigslist. sell locally quickly face to face old fashioned way - less headache
when I tried sell mine, I sent out a zip file, which contained 100+ pics and 3 pages of documents commenting all goods and bads, to all emailers. I did my best to be honest and thorough. I took my time to respond every email I got. I did what I did to get the most out of my truck, but this seller may have different idea of selling.
my point is..
....
I don't even know why I'm trying to defend this guy...

What a douchebag!!!
