Like the title says, this Saturday (the 27th) I'm rolling from Cincinnati up 74 and 65 to Chicago and then West to San Fran by Tues (the 2nd).

Pulling a small (4'x4') trailer. I've got stuff of my own to carry, but if you need something and I can dream up a way to get it on there, lets talk.

Any chance that your route allows you to pick up (5) 315's(tires only) in Chicago? Going to ND ideally, but if your route gets you to Minneapolis, that might work too. Happy to pay. Thanks.

(The tires are sitting outside, ready to go in St Charles(western Suburb?. )

Oops. I guess my geography is a little rusty after looking at the map. We're a little north of your route. :) Thanks anyway, unless you have any reason for taking a northern route.

Whatcha doing in the Nati

girlfriend lived there, shes moving to CA with me. already on the road, just passing sidney nebraska at the moment. moving west on 80.....

Too late to put in a request for some SkyLine chili?

Haha, yeah, wayyyy too late.

But remind me and I'll have my people on the ground there ship some to me before SnT...

I think my roommate is going to do up another batch tomorrow night ;) Great stuff in a chili cheese sandwich :)

Thanks for the offer Nick, but I was just bugging Drew with the only bit of Cincinnati-specific trivia I know. My roommate has talked about the Skyline Chili quite a few times, and finally made some for a chili cook-off night we had last week. Great stuff.

For what its worth, I was just playing along - I think skyline sucks. :D

Kelly is having a fit next to me right now.

Had a chili-cheese sandwich and some 4-way (?) for supper. Tara was saying Skyline wasn't her favorite either, but I can't recall off the top of my head what she said was better.

Gold star, Camp Washington, Empress??? We have so much chili...It is even served at my kids school for lunch 3 ways or Cheese coneys

Gold Star I think.... she was saying she grew up with the daughter of the ones that own it (or one of the franchises or whatever). I suppose that would be your avatar :grinpimp:

If I'm buyin' then I prefer to stop at Gold Star for the chain stuff but US Chilli (right across the street from Camp Washington Chilli...) is my local favorite. Skyline is pretty good if you go to one of the better resturants.

Phishtaco is pimpin' Skyline in his avitar...3-way and a cheese coney. Yummy!

Nick
