Cigarette Lighter Plug ... fuse?

Since iv owned my GX the front Cigarette Lighter Plug on the pass side next to the ash tray has not worked .... Iv kinda forgotten about it and realized how nice it could be to have an extra power source ... before i replace the plug could this just be a blown fuse ? ... If so which one ?

Fuse 23 in the fuse area on the lower dash to the left under the steering column. I replaced mine last weekend. 10 amp

It's the owners manual from the MyLexus phone app. I have a user manual coming from eBay. Just ain't here yet. But that app is cool. Also you can log into Lexus Drivers online. Owners manuals and service history.
