Chrome Piece Needed

I have a 2004 lx470, and the chrome piece just above the license plate area and on the upper hatch has more wrinkles than my 100 year old grandmother. The chrome has delaminated from the plastic and it looks like crap.

Does anyone know where I can find one cheap?

To find one cheap I'd say a junkyard or post in the classifieds. Even cheaper is to scrape the rest of the chrome coat off and plastidip or paint it.
