It sure is. Just do what sandcruiser did in the thread you posted in. Just do a good job of sanding the chrome to a very dull finish to accept the paint.

Thanks for the tip!! I just was unsure about the chrome as compared to paint or powder coated wheels.. Havasu rocks!! What a crazy town. It was my first trip with buddies when I turned 18. Good memories... Actually, I can not remember so much!!
