so....whats the plan for the christmas party idea? i asked my parents and we can host it here...would have to get a rough idea as to how many people are expected to show...that way ill know if we can squeeze everybody downstairs or...whats gunna have to happen, will have to discuss that a bit more but...yea, im game for the weekend of the 14th but i cant really have it here any earlier or later....the week before is test week for me at school and after i wont be around. so i thought i would post up here and just see about ideas...how that works for everybody ect...i will post directions on the yahoo board closer to the date if needed

also thought i would throw out the idea of having that as the monthly meeting instead of having a meeting only a few days after...just a thought

hello hello are there any members of the executive alive??? Are we interested in a trail run/Christmas party, or not? Our place is fine if it works, but a little lead time is definitely required. If it's a go , Guy can post our addy up on the board, as I'm not set up there.

I missed the last meeting, and all of the details about the christmas party and wheeling adventure. Sounds like a great idea! What are the particulars? Guy, do you need any help? What should people bring? Is it on Saturday the 13th or Sunday the 14th?

I guess the date is up to the majority, as both should work here. We were thinking of a big pot of chili and some chicken wings. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. Also a head count to decide where we will go. I will lock up the goats if seapotato is coming!!! I will have Guy post our addy on the yahoo board.

Errr...goats aside, chili and chicken wings sound good to me!

what time are you thinking? Is it whenever the wheelings over,( which can be kinda open ended I know...things have a tendency to happen when one tries to make a post wheeling schedule....)

or do you want to set a rough time? early afternoon or evening?

I ask because I have to work on the sunday for sure, and quite possibly on the saturday as well, but could get there after work

ha yeah I suppose, but I'm not big on sittin' bitch , and the 70 doesn't wheel.

Wheeling a DD ain't my thing. Especially not a 70 series. waaaay to difficult & expensive to fix.

but work's work. So, chances are I'll be missing this. Guess it depends which day it is. Saturdays a maybe, sundays a definite no.
