I have a chirping sound coming from driver side fron tend. This only happens when I hit a bump i did slam on my brakes last year when i was cut off could it be a frozen caliper disk brakes all around on my 77fj40

A frozen caliper would result in the brake pulling to one side and / or the pad wearing out. Check the various linkages on the steering components and the shock on that side. It could be over sized tires hitting?

Turn the stereo up so you can't hear it.

loose fender squeaking against hood/bib/cowl
or
maybe a disc pad separated
or
bearings need some lube
or
worn spring bushing> spring touching shackle/frame

do what Lane said
