Child restraint question

Hi All,

Taking the beastie in this week for the safety inspection (hope they don't inspect the driver)... quick question: Do I need to install a child restraint latch in the back? It has a teather behind one of the rear seats, but I thought I might need a decent anchor for the safety inspection. Did you all need them on your JDMs?

Best thing to do is not have anything unnecessary to take to the inspection. Don't have a child seat back there and they won't be looking for proper anchor points. Get your VI pass and then figure out how you're going to do it later. Cheers.

As far as anchors go...heck, my BJ74 didn't even come with rear seatbelts.
