It has been awhile since I have been on here since my last Cruiser hit the road last spring. Anyways, I know the rockcrawlers like the Dana 60's so I thought I would post up.
I have a 1 ton truck that I traded for with big ideas. Reality dictates that I don't need a 1-ton crewcab or even the pieces. It is not running at this time. I took it for the Dana 60 front axle and other parts. I was told it had some clutch issues. It is complete but rough.
The basics are as follows:
Dana 60 front axle with 4.10's
14-bolt rear
465/205 manual transmission
Small Block that supposedly ran good
4 nice matching aluminum 16" wheels that are current in design.
Here is what I am after:
A Datsun 510 trade (1968-73 2-door)
Suzuki Samurai
Jeep CJ projects etc.
Possible Mopar Car-Duster, Dart, Coronet
Toyota 4x4 trucks or cruisers
I realize that it is not worth a ton of cash, but with the front dana 60 being worth about 1K, plus the rest of the truck, I would give it a trade value of 2Kish. I am fairly easy and I really don't want to part it right now if I can avoid it.
I'm not real interested in parting or selling it outright at this time.
Truck is located in southern Oregon and will need to be towed.
