Good Day everyone.
I am looking at putting a Chev 6.0L out of a 03 or newer truck into my 76. Can you guys tell me if the bolt patterns are the same as the 350. I have the Marks adapter kit for the 350 floating towards me and am now thinking of making a change of plans of the engines and am hoping the kit will still work.
I am not opposed to the 5.7 ether if it bolts up belter. DR. google is giving me conflicting info on what will work with that kit

Thank You

Not familiar with the kit you are using but as far as the bell housing from a gen. 1 sbc bolting up to a 6.0 , yes , however 1 of the bolts in the bell housing will not be used.

Thank You
I am digging deep on this as well. Bell housing will work. With the Marks kit it uses a Auto flex plate for the starter and then a spacer then the new fly wheel. My concern is will the bolts that holds all this together work going from a SBC 350 to the LS 3,4. I have not seen the kit yet but it looks like I use longer bolts that go to the crank shaft. So are they the same pattern for the SBC and the LS? The 0.400 back spacing will be looked after with the stock flex plat.

The bolt patterns the same we used the Australian dellow bellhousing off my old Gen 1 350 on my 6.0l engine, as above one bolt hole doesn't exist on the 6.0 engines we bolted mine up with 4 bolts and its been fine. We used an LS1 flywheel but your marks kit should come with a flywheel.
