Before I drop the $100 or so that it will cost to replace the fuel pressure regulator on my 88 FJ62, i'd like to know if there is some way to check the fuel pressure? I've looked in the FSM, and i'm not sure that it has any specific method to check it. Or am I stuck with replacing it and hoping for the best?

I have the classic warm-start issues described here (https://forum.ih8mud.com/showthread.php?t=6464;start=msg54399). But I haven't seen anything about checking this out.

Thanks

i'm not sure what kind of fuel pressure regulator you have on your 60 but i had an aftermarket holley one for my weber ( which i no longer have) there was a T in the fitting one was an in for gas - and the second two were for outputs, i took a fitting and got a regulator 0-10 psi got the right barb fitting and just hooked it right up
