Check Valve to exhaust stuck?

I am trying to remove the check valve down from the the air rail. This is the valve before it joins into the exhaust before the CAT.

It is really stuck and I will not come loose. I have tried PB blaster and will not budge. Anyone have any tips that have removed this before?

I put some vise grips down from the valve to hold the metal line in place so it will not bend as much when I try to loosen. I am almost thinking about cutting it at the exhaust pipe and removing the line so I can loosen it but then will have to get it re welded.

Any ideas?

Had the same problem. Solved it with the application of HEAT. That would be the ol blue wrench, the propane torch. Good luck!
