Hello all! I was driving my fairly new to me 2013 200 series through a heavy rain storm during which a "check PCS system" message popped up on the dash. Soon after, the dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I ran techstream and got the codes.
ABS/VSC/TRAC -
C1404 - malfunction in rear speed sensor LH circuit
PRE-COLLISSION -
B2059 - Vehicle speed sensor malfunction
B2060 - ABS system malfunction.
After resetting the codes, the same codes popped up 20 minutes later. Anyone seen this before? Or, any ideas on what the issue might be and what could be done to fix it? Thanks so much Land Cruiser community.

Any leaks inside during the rain? Water sometimes gets in the door sills and corrodes/shorts electrical connectors, causing lots of different weird things to happen. Common leak points are clogged sunroof drains, cowl, and windshield if a replacement has a poor install. In some cases, you may not notice water inside; it may just be in the sills.

No leaks noticed. Tested sunroof drains and pulled the sills to look. All looks normal.
