I'm regearing my transfer case, and I got the main large gear cluster all pressed back together. I'd like to know if this looks right to the hive mind, and Georg @orangefj45 if you have a moment to look at this. I still have to do the torque sequence on the bolts on the back side of the center diff.

The first photo is with the shift collar down with gravity, the second photo is with my hand holding it up.

Fire away. Hopefully I got this right. Thanks in advance.

Yes, the snap ring is installed at the top. It's well seated in its groove.
 
Just tagging along to have another reference, doing this project sometime next spring...
I found this last night doing some research....



What is the opinion on TrailGear parts now-days? A decade, decade and a half ago, everyone that wasn't a mini-truck lover (and maybe also a lot of mini truck lovers) hated Trail Gear as they were just knocking off everyone's non-patented designs and lowering costs by off-shoring manufacturing. Has their quality improved over the years?
