Chattanooga LX450- anyone looked at it?

There is an lx 450 in autotrader in chattanooga at highlines,

132k and diff lock, anyone checked it out?

What do you guys think a good deal on that would be? Looks like it spent some time up north according to the carfax report.

I talked with the sales guys and it sounds like the cruiser has some tranny issues ( a leak and slow to engage in reverse). He also said he replaced the valve cover gasket. IT also has a bit of rust from being located in N. Jersey/NYC area.

I spoke to him and he also mentioned the tranny issue, i don't know enough to know what the problem might be and how expensive though, anyone seen it that might know?

I also looked into this one and on top of the tranny issues they mentioned, it looks like it will need the front axle seals done. I passed because I am not a mechanic and these 2 items were looking to raise the price.
