We need more details. What engine is going in? What year truck? Auto or manual? Dont leave us hanging like that. I guess you mentioned a short block somewhere but i didnt pay attention. I did this once by myself a 1hz and once from a 3b to a 1hz the second still kicking my a$$ because of the 24 volts truck witha 12 volts engine.

It will be a 1HZ long block swap, if it happens. The engine is going to be on a boat, but hasn't shipped yet, so it'll be a few days. The owner hasn't yet made a decision on who is going to do the work.
