I know this is not a cruiser event, but is anyone heading to the Charlotte Auto fair this weekend?

With the way gas is going up around here, and going to the woods here in a bit i can not pull that one off.

Any how what is everyone paying today for fuel in NC. I am at 2.85 for the cheap stuff.

Not going, but did for the spring and fall shows for several years.....

Great event, but unless you are selling something, generally you can see everything you need to unless you're hunting parts in a day....

Sunday sucks, some many out-of-towners they are loaded up and gone by noon...

I sold both my 65 convertible and 66GT fastback there....

we went, and there was NOTHING there for Cruisers, or anything newer than '80's. It was more of a Garage sale/ Flea Market then an Auto Fair. There must have been a Scout club that attended, there were about 10 of them parked outside the speedway.

I'll let you know what gas prices are tomorrow, need to fuel up on the way home today.

We are at about 2.75 / 2.80 for reg here. Diesel is from 2.59 / 2.90 also

Man, it's kind of insane. Here it's up almost $.50 / gal in a month and $.10 / gal in a week!!

No wonder Wal-Mart was ousted as the number one Fortune 500 company by Exxon Mobile and 3 of the top 6 are in the Petroleum business...
