Charlotte/Asheville recommendations?

Can anyone recommend engine source/mechanic in the Asheville or Charlotte area for a V8 Vortec conversion? Thanks!

You may want to check out Stan in Chesnee SC. He is NCFJ on the forum, there is also Darrin but he is out near Bragg (but worth the drive). In charlotte I'd say Carolina truggiea could do it fairly easily.
