Hey Rob did you secure a restaurant location (Tacoma/Puyallup) for our lunch meeting on the third? If not Toyota of Puyallup said we can meet there but would have to start at 9:30AM.

Brian , i was talking to Charlie tonight and he had a great idea , how about doing the meeting on the day of the swap meet Sunday March 11th maybe meet for breakfast have a quick meeting then the club as a group can hit the swap meet for those who can go, There are lots of resteraunts up on south hill like Sheri's where we could grab a meal, We could then have a club event and meeting all in the same day , plus hang out for awile and laugh at jeeps at the swap meet , What does every one think about this idea

Sounds great to me!

How about it guys?

Sounds good to me. I wanted to make it to the swap meet anyway. There is a small restaurant just off of I-5 in Fife called the Poodle Dog. It's easy to find and they have a large back room that is quiet. Maybe we could meet there for breakfast? I know this would be a bit out of the way for some of you coming from the South so maybe somewhere on South Hill would be better?

The consensus is to hold the meeting early so we can get in line for the best deals by 8:00AM...

March 11th, Shari’s restaurant on top of south hill in Puyallup across from the mall at 7:00AM.

If anyone has parts they want to sell but don't have a booth and don't want to lug it around up there, let me know. Get it to me by Saturday afternoon (with a price on it) and I will set it out. No fee (for 10 or fewer items), just trying to help out some members.

I'd like to take you up on your offer.

The other kind of work party can be a good club activity too and help people get familiar with their rigs. If there is some one wanting/needing help on a particular upgrade or maintenance item, or a number of people looking to do the same kind of work can make a good weekend project.

Just another idea for a club activity/event.

Some family stuff has come up so I won't be able to meet this Saturday.

Not much to cover this month with the exception of planning an event or a trail run for June. Anyone want to lead us out on the trail somewhere?

I was thinking of setting up a Geocache run throughout Capitol Forest for those who have GPS. I just set one up on top of Axle Breaker hill last weekend, made it up at 32psi & A-Trac.

We need a webmaster to get southsoundcruisers.org up and running, any takers?

We can go over other business details for the month before our next event / trail run.
