I have a 2000 l/c and want to change my setting to unlock all doors with one press on the remote. Currently when unlock is pressed the first time it unlocks the driver front door. A second push unlocks the rest. Anyone know the procedure to unlock all upon 1 push of the unlock button on the remote?

thats just beyond lazy my friend

one extra click on the button really?

please reconsider or better yet

excersize them button clicking muscles so the extra push doesnt give you a coronary

i will be awaiting the response

or better yet, flame on

all kidding aside i would like the mod too if there is one

lol

Uh, yeah.

Anyways, check your manual. It may have instructions. I changed my lock settings on my 03 because the driver door only unlocked when the vehicle was placed in Park. Annoying as hell. Now they all open up. Not sure if you can do what you're looking for, but good luck. Let us know.

Take it to a dealer and they can set that up for you.

Otherwise, you can find one of the ways to do it yourself:
You can pay $55 I think for a 2 day pass of Techstream (need a cable too)
I have the $35 chinese pirated bootleg copy which may or may not include a virus:

But I was not able to get that working on my LX470. Others with the same thing were able to.

That's one of the reasons I wanted this cable.. I wanted 1 click unlock and AHC neutral pressures.

I found it annoying that the passenger doors were always locked when I put the car in park. It was a constant pain to unload the kids because I always had to go back and unlock the door.

I tried to reprogram myself with no luck. Then I took it to the dealer and they fixed it for me no charge. When vehicle is in Park all doors unlock, very nice. So they should be able to fix your issue as well.
