BBQ still on? I was planning to bring a cooler full of beer and pop (leftovers from my 40th B-day celebration last week)
I like BBQ & Beer. I think we decided to keep it simple with smokies?
Bill, do you need me to bring anything? Plates, Cutlery and napkins? I could throw together a salsa Mexican (one hot and the other plain) and bring some nacho chips. I think you had someone picking up the smokies, buns and condiments.

You bringing the pico de gallo? Hard to have hot dogs without it.
wont be able to make it. have fun at cruiser days.as ill be in Winchester bay for a week riding the dunes on my banshee.
No problem. Maybe I can also bring some bacon to wrap them to really make them authentic Mexican Hotdogs. So is the BBQ confirmed then? What time - maybe 5:00 or 5:30 PM?

Sorry about the double post, didn't see it before. We're keeping the BBQ basic and simple by just using napkins instead of plates & forks. John: your salsa & bacon would be welcome. I posted 6:30 simply because it gives time for the working types to get here before the food is all gone! Mike McT is bringing the smokies, buns, pop, ice, cooler, napkins, and I think a BBQ burner. I,ll bring a coleman stove/grill backup unit. Steve T is also bringing a BBQ unit.

i have tommorow off and would like to come to my first meeting, what time does it start...8, i'd like to fianlly meet all of you so i booked tommorow off just to make it to the meeting so hopefully u dont mind an extra at the meeting, so can someone shoot me an email for what time the meeting starts

6:30 BBQ, BYOB, though there will be some on hand. Meeting starts at 8. Look forward to meeting you!
well i just found out that the mrs is working tomorrow night...so i most likely wont make it to the meeting as im on kid patrol. thought about lugging the 3 kids, but the youngest is so high maintenance...i doubt i'll be able to enjoy the beers n the smokies. but i will see you all at cruiser days saturday morning. cant make the overnighter as well as the mrs works sat night...so i may just do a day trip sunday.
