CB radio issues..

Trying to chase down an SWR issue I found that my radio isn't working right, I have continuity from the pin to the... other part? Is this a buy a new radio issue, or could it be an easy fix? Its a Cobra 18wx2, I have it apart and looked for any glaring issues inside, and sprayed it all with electric contact cleaner, and no dice..

Yup, I tested them and finally got down to the plug in the back of the radio (removed from the car) and it is the issue.
