Just replaced the carpet remnant that's been in the back for 24 years with a new piece. Color is not great but hey, its free and easy. Just cut to shape and lay it down.
The original carpeting underneath looks brand new from the factory because its never seen the light of day!

Nice! My original carpet fell apart from Texas sun. I have one of those rubber mats back there. It doesn't fit that well because it stretched out a little bit.

Nice job Nick. It's the little stuff! I bought $30 of indoor/outdoor from Home Depot and redid the entire back. Nice match too.

It looks like you have an early '88 too. I noticed your rear shoulder belts - the flimsy kind. I replaced them with the later shoulder belts that retract as my kids ride back there.

You have crank windows too?

Crank windows and no power locks. Shoulder belts were a "recall" they put in way back when. Kids that used to use them are now 20, 23 and 25.
I replaced the power antenna with a spring base type this summer. I'm all about low tech, low cost with this truck.
