I'm in the market for a 2008 land cruiser and the dealer told me that Toyota didn't make a cargo cover for it. I looked everywhere but couldn't find anyone who makes one! Does anyone here have a solution? Does a sequoia one fit? How are you supposed to stop prying eyes? Thanks! :p

Unless you take the third row seats out, I'm not sure how you would get one to work. The seats don't fold flat like they do in the sequoia. I just tinted the rear windows so it's harder to see inside.

That does look like what you're searching for. About $350 doesn't seem too bad, although shipping could be expensive. I wanted to buy a similar cover for my older 4Runner and I recall Toyota quoted a similar price. You still lose a lot of cargo space unless you take the seats out, which may or may not be a worry of yours.

I found a picture of the rear cargo blind, but I am not sure whether it's factory or aftermarket:

but you wouldn't be able to use it when the seats are in the upright stowed position. what's the point of that?

It keeps a would-be thief from seeing the 3rd row seats at least. I'd hate it if he broke in to steal 'em.

Where did you find this? I know it may seem useless, but sometimes there are some things you just want to leave covered up (shopping bags, bicycle parts while biking, etc)

Seems like these can be ordered from the UK:

There is also a beige version.

Initially I too did think that the cargo blind would be useless. But in hind sight (no pun intended) I think that the cargo blind can be very useful as there is HEAPS of space between the folded seat and the tailgate.

And if I were to be transporting a Monet or Picasso painting, I could still put it on top of the rear seats and pull the blind shut...:grinpimp:

Also, for

Reopening the thread as the 2020 LC 200 Heritage Edition has a cargo cover. Anyone know if it can be retrofitted to other models of 200? I'm removing the 3rd row seats as I have zero use for them. Also looking to buy the Heritage Edition rubber mat as well as it doesn't have the cutouts for the 3rd row seats.

You would have to purchase the lower rear side panels. The mount for the bar and the clips that hold it extracted are integral parts of the lower side panels
