Can anyone with vin history(carfax or dealer db) access take a look at this vin and try to help me understand why it would exchange hands between so many dealers wishin a week during June and July 2015? Is this a big red flag?

It's a higher mileage out of state kooshy-kid-hauler that makes me drool but the price seems too good to be true. Clean title, no accidents or flood supposedly.
