Well got my package today. In it:

2 sets of o-ring, dizzy cap, dizzy rotors.

2 genuine Toyota air filters

1 set of Highlander 3 spray nozzles (need to tweak these, the way the line is laid out it gets kinked and they aren't getting full flow.)

1 set of parts to R&R the Mrs starter (contacts and plunger).

Set of hoses for the PCV (mine was split and spewing oil all over the engine).

New spring clamps to match.

Official Toyota constant tension clamps for the pesky heater hose. (They come pre-loaded, hard to explain but very cool.)

Set of belts for my truck. Need to get those nasty cogged belts off.

I already swapped out my PCV hose as it was spewing oil and might have been a source of unmetered air. The other ones were crazy hardened, one I had to cut off (probably would have had to cut the other one off as well if it wasn't already split).

Next on the list is the :princess: starter. Then I'm off to pay the suckers at Expert Tire $100 to do her PHH.

Sweet! Wish I was in town watch/help/learn.

What are the Highlander nozzles? Windshield squirters?

Are you still doing the catch can(s)? I am going to fuel filter them both and probably change them each oil change if necessary or sooner if need be. Will be easy to see right up on top.

Make sure to stab the dizzy back in the right spot, sure runs rough one tooth off

Yup, that's exactly it.

85381-48020 $16.52

Once I figure out how I'm gonna route 'em (gotta stop by NAPA and get a 90* bend) they should work great.

These flow a LOT better than my old ones, which I attribute more to the old ones being old and plugged up than anything else. New 80's ones from CDan would likely be just as good. (Well, except for having two streams instead of three. :grinpimp: )

Planning on it.

I think that's why I had oil inside by intake, because of the split hose (on the PS). What I didn't know was that my DS one (going to the throttle body) was also split on the inside, enough to make it leak.

Replacing these hoses is uber cheap, even if you get new spring clamps. The old ones were so brittle and hard that they just snapped if I tried to bend them. The new ones are so soft you can bend them completely and they flex like crazy.

I also noticed that my low idle is gone. I'm now idling at 1k RPM without AC, and 850 to 900 with AC on. So at least the one hose was definitely leaking and a source of unmetered air. (I was idling at around 600.)

Tyler: you should order a new set of hoses.

12261-66021 $9.43
12262-66021 $12.43

I'm 99% sure these are the right spring clips (I also ordered a set in the PHH size, but those are the more expensive ones I think).

90467-20002 $.79
90467-14001 $.56

Nice, Ill order some next week. My CEL came back on for about a mile yesterday and idle has gone back to crap 400-450.

Filtered both my lines which seemed supple but once cutting in the middle those things are brittle as hell. I am ordering up a new set. Did the one line come with the PCV valve or not? I can blow through mine each way and I think it is supposed to be a one way valve no?

No valve.

I didn't try and take the valve off. I don't recall anyone posting that theirs had failed, so I can't imagine that's a likely failure spot...

I'd ask Cdan if he would replace his when you order yours. He'll tell it like it is. ;)
