Canted Tow Hitch

As can be seen in the photo below, my tow hitch is not precisely perpendicular to the chassis of vehicle. Is this a serious problem for towing, and if so how difficult would it be to fix it?

unlikely this would this be a problem, since the trailer pivots around the ball, and I doubt the offcenter is enough to be an issue...?

+1 - the trailer follows a single point (the ball) and your truck's point will be a few mm off center. Not an issue at all. Some pickups have several balls of various sizes mounted several inches off center line with no ill effect.
