Just want to share our issue.
We rented 3 sat phones (and accessories) to Roadpost.ca
One of them was not working... tech support was called, nothing they can do.
What they told us is
"issue registered, we'll test the phone when you'll send them back and will correct the invoice "
All this happens on 20th august and, so far, we still don't have any news from them.
They don't even answer our email (my spoken english is not good enough to call them)
Last message from "customer care" (september 20th) was:
