Can you identify this part?

I finally was able to get my Depos installed this evening, however the plastic stalk that holds the parking light bulb was stuck in the old headlamp assembly and I ended up twisting the plastic and breaking it.

Can you help me identify this stalk/bulb holder? Does AutoZone or your corner auto store sell these or is this something I'll have to order through Mr. T?

The plastic piece says "koito E3-4" on it. I tried googling it, but no luck.
