Can y'all see anything from the rear camera in sunlight?

Today is a cloudless day where I live. Sun was directly overhead. When I put the LC in reverse, I couldn't make out anything the rear camera was displaying. The glare/sunlight completely washed out the screen. It was almost dangerous because I was reversing and just relying on the cross traffic alert to warn me if another car was approaching. Do y'all have the same issue?

Not sure, I generally use my mirrors for backing up.

@Eric Sarjeant Recommendations on updating the tint for the stock 2016? Two installers around me do XPEL tint. Looking at doing the windshield too. I see you recommend 85% for the rear and 25% for the front?

I'd keep the windshield low, like 85% ceramic. sides are personal preference, I personally like 20% on front two and 35% on rear (XPEL ceramic)

Thanks. Trying to avoid the green reflection I've seen in some pictures. Does the windshield come with any tint from the factory?

Yes, it has some, but I don't know the level.

I never have that issue because I never just rely on the camera.
