Mine is getting worse as in more frequent I hope something doesnt break before we figure this out. Have you changed or checked your lower ball joints?

I found my front driverside lower ball joint is blown. Its not the sound. I think the sound is coming from torsion bar and surrounding area. Im getting closer.
Could it be the sidestep? Mine sometimes make a strange noise when I step on it. But yeah, the springy sound seem to come from more deep
I have sliders and removed them and the sound was still there.
Edit: for the record i think the sound is the lower ball joint. we will find out soon.

SOLVED: Had it diagnosed and it’s the front passenger shock. It’s functional but worn out. Sounds like it’s time for a lift!

100% agree! I hope this is post is helpful to others trying to diagnose their own LC too. I’m at 306k miles and don’t plan on stopping any time soon.
Update mine has gotten worse. Everything has been replaced except the entire front control arm. I had some fun as Pismo Dunes and its worse since then. Maybe sand got somewhere.
Ill get video of it now that its more audible. Its a moaning, groaning creaking sound.
