Can y’all help me identify this knock?

It sounds like something is hanging and hitting something else. Maybe sway bar links...

subbed, i have something similar happens on small uneven pavement under 10mph. Not rpm or speed connected. Cant reproduce stopped when i shake the truck.

+1, same issue here as previous comment

My diff bushings are less than a year old (and still have the knocking). My main suspect is either the CV’s somehow or something near/in the hub. It almost sound like when a spring is able to move around a bit at full extension (unladden), when you see/hear those live axle guys rock crawling, but ofcourse that can’t be the case with the 100’s front.

Mine sounds like that too, in my case i just changed the axle and it still makes the sound.

Loose shock, sway bar or swaybar link, loose body mount.

Start with sway bar, happened when load shifted sides like something torsional.

Ball joints don't tap like that, they clunk with loading and unloading suspension like over bumps. Could be a CV but they make a "pop" noise and it's not easy to duplicate the same way every time.

I have brand new sway bar endlinks. I tried to tighten the top shock but it spins the shock.

Shock would clunk around on everything all the time if it's loose. Does this noise only generate when turning and loading the suspension? Have you looked at the CVs to see if the boots are torn or if they have been replaced?

I replaced the axle because the cv was torn but the sound is still there. It happens only on small side to side load that happens on tiny uneven roads, very subtle uneven, like cracks in the road. Moving the car with my hands side to side is too much load and doesnt cause the sound. New axle, endlinks, spc uca and had ome installed 6 months back. Didnt make noise until recently. I really thought it would be the axle.

Sometimes when i literally hop into the driver seat it makes the sound. Can over greasing the upper control arm ball joint be problem? I had grease shoot out the bottom i assume because i pumped in too much.

Nope, grease wouldnt be an issue and grease coming out the bottom is ok.

Could be a chassi mount needing grease, but I'd first hope under with a list of suspension component torque specs and hit every bolt you can see with a torque wrench.

Inspect your sway bar mounts and frame D bushings.

Also check your brush guard on the front end for loose bolts. When the frame torsions the brush guard can twist/pop.

Will do, I also replaced D bushings.

My front diff bushings are shot Ill replace that and see if it goes away.

Could be the drivers sidestep as well. Mine makes a noise, but it's different from the clank (which something also is making)

Mine were shot as well, and replacing them didn't do a single thing at all. Also replaced my steering bushings. All the clanks and thuds I had are still there. But hopefully it works out better for you..

Lets stay in touch if one of us figures it out we should tell the other. I need to do the diff bushing since its shot anyways it doesnt sound like its the diff it sounds like something springy like the torsion bars making noise maybe.

If i try to tighten front UCA bolts will that affect my alignment? i know they are some type of camber bolts.
