Can somebody with a 2003+ take a measurement for me?

I am updating my '98 nameplate on the lift gate from the god awful gold to the newer 03+ one piece body colored nameplate. I am having trouble centering it correctly, and wanted a measurement before I stick it on. Please take a look at the picture below. I need a measurement from the bottom left corner of the nameplate to the edge of the lift gate next to the tail light. Any help would be appreciated.

Wouldn't this measurement be the same on both sides? If so just adjust until they are the same?

Yeah, I suppose they would be the same. Looks pretty damn close to 6"

It is indeed. 6". Depending a bit on where you measure from. That corner is a curve.
