Thanks, love the light they put out.
Ultimately would like to go LED, but at $40 a pop and 34 sockets to fill (although rated at a 22 year life), do the math, not cost effective in the short term, or even the long term, IMO..
How long do we have to stock up on incandescent?

well we are actually the only country that hasn't outlawed them I think it'll be a while but check with your local power company allot of them will pay part of the led upgrade because it will take less demand off their older systems. They have been threatening to outlaw them for about 3 years

At $25 a 6" light for CREO at HD, it may not be such a long payback especially if you spend more money on cooling than heating. I just put in 10 in my living room ceiling and it is bright. Since I had no trim, it cut the cost of led's almost in half. Nice the only time [/COLOR]I will touch them in the future will be when painting the ceiling or dusting them. If you have high ceilings, their long life makes them a no brainer

The LED can trim is the new god of lights. If you live in in the south the cooling in summer will pay off fast. That and the fact that I can put 184.6 on a 20 amp. ckt. is cool to.
