I have seen several threads about lifting the 100 series, but I haven't seen this one. I have a 99 and I really don't like the rake, appearance and ground clearance. I have read that cranking the torsion bars really messes with the driveability of the truck. BUT, could you just replace the front torsion bars with the OME ones from their lift package without replacing the rear springs? Would this tilt the crusier the wrong way or would it bring it to level? Any thoughts?

If I were you I would just level it out using your existing/factory t-bars. You may decide you are OK with the rig being level and the resultant handling.

FYI: The OME t-bars are slightly larger OD thus increasing the spring rate...allowing you to support additional weight up front (bumper, winch, 2nd battery, etc.)...although the ride will be slightly harsher without the additional weight.

My new 100 series is exactly how you described. The previous owner installed the front OME lift but never installed the rear. I have the new springs and shocks for the rear and will more than likely install sometime in the future. The truck is really level and the previous owner stated he like the look so much he didn't install the rear. I imagine if you are adding any weight to the back like a tire carrier/bumper you would want to install the rear lift.

I have seen in different places where people strongly oppose cranking up the stock t-bars. If it is ok, how do you do it?

Nice looking ride!
What wheels and tires are you running?

Thanks jditom! I really can't take credit for anything since I bought the truck with wheels/tires already on. The tires are Nitto Terra AT tires (325/60/18) and the wheels are ATS 18x9.
