can anyone recommend a good machine shop - lower mainland

I am planning to replace my headgasket soon on my 95 Land Cruiser.
Can anyone recommend a good machine shop in the lower mainland to mill the head ans replace the valve stem seals? I was told that the valve stem seals should be replaced by a machine shop.

i had my head done from heads unlimited in wally they did an excellent job.
