Can anyone ID this Roof Rack?

Always been curious to figure out which roof rack Theon runs ontop of bean, but he doesn't come Mud regularly.

Can anyone ID his rack and the gutter mounts?

The low profile modular design is what I'm looking for, as a basket won't be able to clear the tight garage ceilings that I sometimes encounter in Boston.

Looks like the one Equipt sells. They used to carry Front Runner, which has side to side slats instead of front to back.

I've bought 2 Front Runner racks and think they are a good product. They used to be welded but now they come as a bolt together assembly to make shipping easier. Still very tight. Manufacted in South Africa with a storefront in Southern California. Way lighter than the ARB and very rigid.

looks similar to the Outback Products racks but I don't think they have come in the US for years, got one on my 100 and love it
