Hi what is the diference betwen rotari valves , non rotary and nimobic????????

EXHAUST VALVE- 68-8/87*STEEL ROTAT

EXHAUST VALVE- 1968-1973 STD-NONROTATING

Exhaust Valve- Nimonic-Rotating-Fits 1968-8/87

Piston rings - did you get the cylinder bored? A telescopic hole gauge will record the diamater, then measure with a caliper. 94 MM is the factory size before boring is done. In america oversized pistons are sold in .20 .30 and .40 thousandths of an inch. Metric is about .51mm .76mm and 1.07mm. Set a new compression ring in the cylinder a few inches deep and use a piston to square the ring. measure the ring end gap with a feeler gauge and file a gap that is too tight to the factory specification. Each ring will be custom matched to a specific cylinder in this process.

Valves -If you use leaded gas get the rotating valves.

The valve seat collects lead from the leaded gasoline. Lead reduces the wear valves make on the valve seats. Hardened valve seats do not require leaded gas.

Nimbolic valves - high nickel content for high temps, propane and racing engines use them.

Thanks maingear
this is what it came on my engine, why this are difrent??
can you see the exhaust valve how worn it is???

OIL PUMP

oil pump clearance:
driven gear clearance = 0.051 mm/ 0.002" ....... limit 0.2 mm/ 0.0079" ok
drive gear clearance = 0.076mm/ 0.003" ......... limit 0.2 mm/ 0.0079" ok

backlash.................= 0.063 mm/0.0025"
gear end play.................= 0.038 mm/0.0015"
