CALIFORNIA-NEVADA - FWS Wants to List the Bi-State Sage-Grouse as Threatened

On Friday, October 25, 2013, the Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) published a notice in the Federal Register about their proposal to list certain California and Nevada populations of greater sage grouse as a threatened species under the Endangered Species Act.
