California 2005 LC rust

Long time lurker, first time poster: please be kind
I am considering of buying a California 2005 LC with about 100k on it.
The seller has those pics of the rust underneath, but for me is very hard to judge if they look bad or not.
I plan to get a Dobinson 2inches lift, and replace the front UCAs, but still, there are some parts in those pics that made me nervous...lol
Your input is highly appreciated!

How much? Doesn’t look too bad from here, but your picture angles don’t capture everything either. The frame looks decent from the portions I can see. There is obvious rust in the nooks and crannies but nothing that looks to be so far gone.

Low miles is a plus, but miles are somewhat less of a consideration than corrosion. Doesn’t look too bad from the pics, but there are cleaner examples out there for about the same or less than what the dude is asking for this one. I think this one comes down to your comfort level and if you do your own work.

Much appreciated your feedback: I rely on my mechanic to do all the work, so lots of $$
Will keep looking.

doesnt look too bad. check the frame crossmember just in front and above the spare tire. if that area's ok, i'd say go for it

I wouldn't be worried about missing out on that one, definitley not a "CA" car; it still had salt on the spare from wherever it was from and likely was hiding more rust. And $21k!? Good lord i'm getting old.
