Well it was a good 3.5 or so years but I bid adieu to the Tundra on Saturday. Needed a cheaper ride, so Ian at Camelback Toyota :beer: hooked me up with a pretty sweet 07 Tacoma PreRunner. Sadly no e-locker, but it's really nice and I will enjoy the easier parking and better gas mileage.

Already removed the cheesy chrome side step bars, I plan on dumping the chrome grille stuff and getting a stock grille. So no more towing the 40.

It already has the Eric Murphy stamp of approval.

You can tow 6500 with the taco Not sure what your 40 weighs/trailer
I used to to all the time with my 06 taco
They actually tow pretty good, but the hills will slow you down quite a bit

I guess so... just that I know what a trailer can do when the vehicle is light. I suppose if you go slow and use a equalized hitch plus electric trailer brakes with a manual override. The Owners' manual actually shows you can tow a fifth wheel  trailer with it. May have to weigh the trailer / 40 and see.
