By-Laws Updating

Happened to look at our by-laws today and they appear to need some tweaking.

OK, let me rephrase that -

Who's bylaws are they, cause they aren't representative of the way we are handling ourselves?

Time for an update.

This is only an attempt to get them in line with how we want to function as a group, not to add rules.

What do you take issue with? We can fix them with an online vote here. Our bylaws don't specify that we can't

I'm looking at a general revision of many of the areas. Nothing significant, but for example we don't charge late fees for dues.
