This is a gentle "push" from the TLCA BOD meeting this week.
The banner is new this month and running specials through Valentine's Day. TLCA gets advertising revenue for hosting the banner, and some small % for each online sale.
Granted you might buy your flowers locally from your favorite mom & pop florist. I'm all in favor of that.
