You can run up to a 28" on the bumper itself and 21" under the hoop on our 1B & 2B bumpers. I will get the tolerance on our 3B for you later today or tomorrow.

I do... just uploaded them. Sorry these are the only ones I have. We are going to be changing the brackets and some of the hardware for the 100's. At the present we don't have any available with that change. If someone wanted to fab there own, then yes we do.

I'm not sure. We have so many projects and unfortunately this one doesn't have priority. If I can get my hands on a local 100, I can get it done much quicker. I'll discount the bumper if someone end to do their own. If you're interested you can pm or email me for the price. Sorry for not having a definitive answer for you.
