Bumper color

I have a galactic gray mica 99. Can't tell if the bumpers is exactly the same color. Looks a little darker. I need a new bumper and found one from a 98 that looks grey in . Could they be the same codes?

Check your color code inside driver's door. Galactic Gray is color code 1E9. That wasn't introduced until 2003, I believe. Riverock Green Mica, color code 1C3, was available in 1998-2001 and in bright sun looks gray. Early morning it looks green...

Reason I mention this, if you have an original paint 99, it should be Riverock. If the bumper is from a 98, it most likely is the same code.

Funny I don't even know what color truck I just bought. Youre right it is river rock.

I found a bumper from a different color 98 but in the photos it looks the same color. Are the bumpers on a river rock sprayed the same color as the car? It looks like they might be slightly different gray.

There are a couple of different color bumpers, they are not the same as the body. I have the dark grey bumpers on a blue cruiser, same color came on black ones I believe, plus other colors?

AFAIK all Riverock painted cruisers have the bumpers painted the same color.

Thanks for the information I appreciate it. I was worried it was painted RR, oh well looks like I will just have to have it sprayed. Don't think I can paint this myself.
